Welcome
Welcome to the PARSOL Statewide Wiki! The PARSOL team has worked to create a framework of resources for Pennsylvanians with sexual harm convictions and affected by the "Pennsylvania Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act" (PA SORNA), sometimes (inaccurately) referred to as "PA Megan's Law."
Support Groups
PA Fearless is open to Pennsylvanians required to register under SORNA, affected by PA's sex offense policies, their families and close friends. Treatment providers, law enforcement, government supervisors (parole, pretrial, probation), therapists, etc. are not permitted without approval by the PA Fearless Lead Facilitator.
- Pennsylvania Fearless - meets the second Sunday of the month at 4 p.m. Eastern Time.
PA Attorney Directory
The Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers has an online attorney directory you can search through for an attorney. When you enter the page, scroll down till you see "Directory Category". Click on the drop down arrow, scroll down, and select "sex crimes" or choose your county and click submit. It'll bring up all the Pennsylvania attorneys who handle these types of cases.
Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers
The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers also provides a publicly available, searchable attorney directory.
Please note: PARSOL does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the services of any attorney listed. This information is provided solely as a courtesy and resource for individuals seeking legal representation. Individuals are encouraged to conduct their own research and due diligence when selecting an attorney, as PARSOL is not responsible for the quality, outcome, or terms of any legal services provided.
NARSOL Pennsylvania State Information Wiki
The Pennsylvania page on NARSOL’s State Registry Information Wiki offers a concise overview of the Commonwealth’s registration laws, explaining who must register, reporting frequency, and registration duration based on offense date, tier level, and special classifications such as Sexually Violent Predator status. It links directly to relevant statutes and official resources, serving as a practical reference for impacted individuals, advocates, and policymakers while noting that the information is volunteer-maintained and not legal advice.
